Group Training

This is our main coaching programme. Getting fit should be fun, progressive and done with friends! Join our group classes to be surrounded by a supportive community of like minded people.

Olympic Weightlifting

Throughout the year we will run specialised olympic weightlifting course. These courses are designed to develop solid foundations for the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Open to all abilities wanting to improve their technical lifting ability.

Gymnastics

Throughout the year we will be offering specialised gymnastic courses focusing on developing bodyweight strength and skill for a variety of gymnastic specific movements.
